Elle Diken’s creative background as a filmmaker, screenwriter, playwright, and actor is balanced with her corporate operations, talent management, and speaking experience.
Awards include a 2018 Council on the Arts Fellowship and Semi-Finalist placement for the 2023 Dramatists Guild National Fellowship.
Elle founded Tendency Holdings Inc media company, a Film and TV production company located in Beverly Hills, California.
She is the screenwriter for Tendency Holdings' first project, the TV series Countdown to Us - which is represented by Executive TV Sales Agent Stuart Arbury at Ramo Law PC in Bevery Hills.
Elle also founded Music Tendencies LLC, a Music Video Production and Artist Management company where Elle is both a Music Artist Manager and Executive Producer.
For Film & TV Actors, the Tendency Talent Management firm was created, where Elle is an Executive and Talent Manager.

The next subsidiary in the Tendency portfolio of brands is the OCIA Productions Documentary Studio, which Elle established in late 2017.
Elle produced OCIA's first feature documentary, as well as directed the filming of its 50+ original interviews, archival & veritae footage, and 15 live events across the U.S.
The project is fiscally sponsored by the Center for Independent Documentary, and legally represented by the Law Offices of George M. Rush in San Fransisco, California.
As a speaker, Elle has been featured at events such as the curated salon series Interesting People In Interesting Times in NYC, Co-Hosted by Tom Goodwin & Adriana Stan.
Elle has also served as an Advisory Board Member for companies in Entertainment, Media and Tech in the U.S. and Canada.
